I needed an ESC for my TA-05 sedan last year and came across these new ESCs. I got the green one, Moped Plus, which was very powerful but it took me awhile to setup the ESC. Once I got the setup out of the way, this little ESC really surprised me with its performance. I ran mostly 23-turn stock motors with the occasional mild mod motors and the Moped handled everything admirably. The fit and finish made a bad first impression because the circuitboard was loosely mounted. However, this hasn't proven to be a problem and the innards of the ESC are supposed to consist of some of the latest MOSFETs. In any case, I found the ESC stayed surprisingly cool powering the mild mods.
I liked it so much, I got two more Mopeds - a top of the line Moped Pro to power my stadium truck, and a reversible Moped Bravo to put into my Tamiya M-03 Mini cooper. The Pro and the Plus have built in current limiter pots, which I have to admit I almost never use. They're meant for fine-tuning acceleration but they also affect top speed, which I didn't like.
Conclusion: If you are looking for a decent ESC that handles a wide range of motor winds, you should give one of these a look.
