She is now a stay-at-home mom, and volunteers for the Ibu family resource group.

Her big screen debut was in Amir Muhammad's Lelaki Komunis Terakhir or the Last Communist, but it got banned in Malaysia. The docu-movie premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival early 2006.
